Autopsy Results for Singer Mohbad Expected in Four Weeks – Forensic Expert

The autopsy results for the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, famously known as Mohbad, are anticipated to be ready in the next three to four weeks, as stated by Dr. Richard Somiari, Director of the Lagos State DNA and Forensic Centre.

Dr. Somiari made this announcement during his testimony at a coroner’s inquest into Mohbad’s d£ath, held on Wednesday, March 20, at the Ikorodu Magistrates’ Court. Commencing on October 13, 2023, the inquest aims to determine the cause of the singer’s d£ath.

“We are expecting to receive the initial autopsy results within three to four weeks and will subsequently re-confirm them to establish the cause of d£ath,” explained Dr. Somiari. “In our investigation, we explored various possibilities, including the potential involvement of poi§%n, since no specific cause was initially identified. We have established protocols in place to ensure the safe and secure storage of results. Additionally, there are stringent procedures for monitoring samples sent abroad.”

Mohbad tragically passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 27. The forthcoming autopsy results are expected to provide clarity on the circumstances surrounding his d£ath.
