Fatal Auto Crash Claims Three Lives in Ogun State

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) is saddened to report a fatal accident that occurred around Mowe on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Ogun State, resulting in the loss of three lives. The incident, which occurred at approximately 0107 hrs, involved two vehicles: a Bluebird with registration number T-15636LA and a HOWO TRUCK without a visible registration number.

According to the FRSC operatives at the scene, the accident resulted in the death of all three male occupants of the HOWO truck, who were crushed by a falling container. A tow truck was immediately deployed to remove the truck and ease traffic congestion, while a crane was used to clear the container from the road.

This tragic incident serves as a reminder of the importance of defensive driving and adherence to traffic rules and regulations. The FRSC urges all motorists to drive responsibly, anticipate the actions of other road users, and prioritize the safety of themselves and others.
