Pastor David Oyedepo. Highlights Nigeria’s State of Distress

Pastor David Oyedepo, the Resident Pastor of Living Faith Church worldwide, has expressed concern over Nigeria’s current state, describing it as a season of national distress. Speaking during the church’s third service themed ‘Covenant Day of Fruitfulness,’ Pastor Oyedepo Jr. encouraged Christian faithful to seek refuge in covenant stewardship.

He likened individuals without covenant practice in Christ Jesus to an empty Ghana-must-go bag in a windy environment, suggesting that they would be easily swayed. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a strong spiritual foundation to withstand the challenges faced in the country.

On a similar note, the Presiding Bishop of the Church, David Oyedepo, urged Christians to extend a helping hand to the less privileged around them. He disclosed that the church has established several Kingdom care outlets through its Winners Satellite Fellowship (WSF) across Nigeria to provide assistance to those in need.

Bishop Oyedepo emphasized that seeking help when needed is not a sign of weakness but a necessary step to alleviate the economic hardship faced by many Nigerians. He called on believers to demonstrate compassion and generosity towards others during these challenging times.
